Nice building and rooms where the breakfast was "not held ". Location close to downtown, restaurants and breweries and Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area. Also, by a bowling alley.

There were central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave in the room, appreciated that. Exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. The location was great, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere.

The room was immaculately clean and cheap and the view was lovely. We had a microwave and a refrigerator.

The room where the breakfast was "not held ". The location seemed pleasant and great in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was right by a quiet area by a bowling alley with food, Grand Forks or East Grand Forks, and resteraunts. We thoroughly enjoyed the ethnic cuisine in the restaurant.
Well, Wi-Fi was horrible.

Also, location was favourable and perfect, not too far away from Stauss Park. A double room with a fridge and a king size bed, for example was ready when we arrived.

The rooms were cheap and fully renovated with a king size bed, the breakfast was "not held " and a fridge, just what was needed. The hotel's location was marvellous, not far from the Plaza, and a quiet area by a bowling alley with food. Also, Memorial Park was 2 miles away

This was a very poor facility to stay in. Would not want anyone to stay here! It gives Grand Forks a bad name. The bed did not look clean and a used condom was still in the garbage from a previous visitor!!! Need I say more.

Heater ran very frequently, probably due to leak/poor window and it was only about -5F overnight, I would expect it to run almost constantly when it's -20F. Due to the low prices it can be a "party place."

It was 50% less than most other inns. The rooms were nice enough considering it was that much cheaper. I'd recommend this inn if you don't care for breakfast.
The "breakfast" consisted of bagels and orange juice. We ended up going out for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in East Grand Inn.

The hotel was under a remodel project... much needed!!!!! There was NO breakfast as advertised, not even coffee in the room or lobby. Staff seemed unconcerned.
